i love that she’s allowed to be a great friend and not just be defined by chuck’s crush on her,  and how she’s such a good fucking foil to julie

she represents everything deluxe is. Clean, classy, and comfortable. She loves deluxe. She loves living there. She doesn’t care much for kane and what he does but she obviously likes the life he built for her, and obviously has no intention to leave it.

BUT DESPITE THAT. DESPITE ALL OF THAT she still helps the burners. she does it because julie is her best friend and she loves her. she’ll protect her secret, even go into the one place she finds more repellent than anything else, so she can hang out with her. She doesn’t agree with what julie is doing and just wants her to be safe, but she knows it’s julie’s choice. so she’ll support it, no matter what.
